Item 2–Ad Hoc Mental Health Subcommittee: Members of the Advisory Commission on Special Education (ACSE) Ad Hoc Mental Health Subcommittee will report on the activities of the Workgroup, including requests for any potential future ACSE agenda items. (Item type: Information, discussion)

Item 4–Special Education Funding in California: Heather Carlson, Associate Director, SED, CDE, Heather DiFede, East County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) Director, San Diego County Office of Education East County, and Susan Coston, SELPA Director, Merced County Office of Education, will provide a high-level introduction on how Special Education is funded in California.
