CALPADS Regional Update Meetings

Updates via webinar for local educational agencies (LEAs) regarding the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS).

The CALPADS Regional Update Meetings are coordinated by the California School Information Services (CSIS) Team.

The next meeting will be held on September 8 and 9, 2026 (Tuesday and Wednesday).
Focus for the September 2026 meeting will be: 2026–27 Fall 1 and Fall 2 Submissions.
Information regarding the September 2026 meeting will be communicated and posted once registration becomes available.

Purpose of the Meetings

These two-hour webinars provide timely updates and relevant information for each of the CALPADS data submissions as well as changes for the upcoming school year.

Meeting Focus:

  • September: Fall 1 and Fall 2
  • March: End of Year (EOY)
  • May: Changes for the Upcoming School Year

3 Sessions Offered per Meeting – A Session Offered for Each Region

There will be 3 (three) sessions offered per meeting: One session offered for each of the three regions (the Northern and Central Region; the Southern A Region; and the Southern B Region). Each session will cover the same content.

2026–27 Academic Year

Webinars will occur in September, March, and May. Counties are distributed among three CALPADS Regions: The Northern and Central Region; the Southern A Region; and the Southern B Region.
