Updates via webinar for local educational agencies (LEAs) regarding the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS).The California Department of Education conducts a series of meetings via webinar for local educational agencies (LEAs) regarding the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS).
Purpose of the Meetings
These two-hour webinars provide timely updates and relevant information for each of the CALPADS data submissions as well as changes for the upcoming school year.
Meeting Focus:
- September: Fall 1 and Fall 2
- March: End of Year (EOY)
- May: Changes for the Upcoming School Year

4 Sessions Offered per Meeting – A Session Offered for Each Region
There will be 4 (four) sessions offered per meeting: One session offered for each region (Northern, Central, Southern A, and Southern B regions). Each session will cover the same content.
2025–26 Academic Year
Webinars will occur in September, March, and May.
Counties are distributed among four CALPADS Regions: Northern, Central Valley, Southern A, and Southern B.

September 2025 (1st Meeting)
Focus: Fall 1 and Fall 2 – September 9–10, 2025 (Tuesday and Wednesday)

American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be provided at the September 10th 9:30 a.m. meeting.

Focus: Changes for the Upcoming School Year – May 5–6, 2026 (Tuesday and Wednesday)
