Education Protection Account, Fiscal Year 2014–15

Distribution of 2014–15 Education Protection Account (EPA) funds to local educational agencies in accordance with Proposition 30, The Schools and Local Public Safety Protection Act of 2012.

EPA Entitlements have been recalculated since the 2014-15 Second Principal Apportionment (P-2) and are final as of the 2014-15 Annual Apportionment. Any adjustment (positive or negative) in EPA entitlements calculated between P-2 and Annual will be applied against an LEA’s 2015-16 Entitlement in the 2015-16 Third and Fourth Quarterly Apportionment for EPA.
