Appeals Process

An agency operating one or more Child Nutrition Programs (CNP) administered by the California Department of Education (CDE), may appeal certain actions taken by the CDE Nutrition Services Division (NSD) against the agency. Regulations for each CNP identify the actions that agencies have the right to appeal.
