Management Bulletin (MB) SNP-06-2026: Reimbursement for Off-Site Meal Consumption, is available on the California Department of Education (CDE) Nutrition Services MB web page. This MB supersedes MB 03-106, Meals for Students in Schools Not on NSLP and provides School Nutrition Program (SNP) Operators information and policy guidance regarding reimbursement for National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP) meals consumed or served off site.
