07/22/2025 CDMIS 801A Report Updates for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025–26 Provides CDMIS user with updates to the CDMIS 801A Monthly Population Report for Fiscal Year 2025–26, including new, removed, and updated data fields for family, child, and provider records. The webinar also covers changes to the 801A report interface, demonstrates the revised electronic file upload template, outlines updated reporting schedules for April through June 2025 and the new fiscal year, and announces a planned system downtime to implement these updates. 05/15/2025 CDMIS 801A Report Updates for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025–26 Provides CDMIS users with updates on the 801A Report data fields for Fiscal Year 2025–2026. This webinar includes an overview of new fields to begin being collected in the 801A Report, as well as fields that will be discontinued, and fields that have been updated. This webinar provides a crosswalk comparison of the previous electronic file format of data fields in the 801A and the new file format of the 801A to be used in the July 2025 801A Report and beyond. 08/20/2024 CDMIS Updates Technical Assistance (TA) - August 2024 Provides CDMIS users with updates on various reporting changes. This webinar includes an overview of new attendance and enrollment data fields in the Child Development Division (CDD)-801A report, updates for Local Educational Agency (LEA) CDMIS users, changes to the Primary Language field, clarification on direct services versus subcontracted services, and important updates to the Subsidized Provider Report (SPR).   • Is Child Receiving Extended Learning and Care? (added 05-Aug-2025)
    The “Is Child Receiving Extended Learning and Care?” field applies to children in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Kindergarten (K) who also attend part-day California State Preschool Program (CSPP) during non-instructional hours.
  • Is Child Enrolled in a CDSS Program? (added 05-Aug-2025)
    The “Is Child Enrolled in a California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Program?” field shows if a child is also in a CDSS program while enrolled in California State Preschool Program (CSPP) with the California Department of Education (CDE).
  • Is Child Enrolled in a Head Start Program? (added 05-Aug-2025)
    The ‘Is Child Enrolled in a Head Start Program?’ field indicates whether the child is also enrolled in a Head Start program, in addition to being enrolled in California State Preschool Program (CSPP) with the California Department of Education (CDE).
  • Provider Address 1 (added 05-Aug-2025)
    New 801A data field “Provider Address 1” indicates the address where the provider offers California State Preschool Program (CSPP) services.
  • Provider Address 2 (added 05-Aug-2025)
    801A data field “Provider Address 2” indicates the secondary components of the address where the provider offers California State Preschool Program (CSPP) services.
