Learning Recovery Support

One-time fund apportioned to special education local plan areas based on pupils with exceptional needs as reported in Fall 1 Census for the 2019–20 and 2020–21 fiscal years. The purpose of these funds is to provide learning recovery support to pupils, as defined in Assembly Bill 130, Section 161, associated with impacts to learning due to school disruptions stemming from the COVID-19 public health emergency during the period of March 13, 2020, to September 1, 2021, inclusive.
