CALPADS Regional Update Meetings
Updates via webinar for local educational agencies (LEAs) regarding the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS).California School Information Services (CSIS) now conducts the CALPADS Regional Update Meetings, which are held via webinar, for local educational agencies (LEAs) regarding the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS).
Purpose of the Meetings
These two-hour webinars provide timely updates and relevant information for each of the CALPADS data submissions as well as changes for the upcoming school year.
Meeting Focus:
- September: Fall 1 and Fall 2
- March: End of Year (EOY)
- May: Changes for the Upcoming School Year

4 Sessions Offered per Meeting – A Session Offered for Each Region
There will be 4 (four) sessions offered per meeting: One session offered for each region (Northern, Central, Southern A, and Southern B regions). Each session will cover the same content.
2025–26 Academic Year
Webinars will occur in September, March, and May.
Counties are distributed among four CALPADS Regions: Northern, Central Valley, Southern A, and Southern B.

September 2025 (1st Meeting)
Focus: Fall 1 and Fall 2 – September 9–10, 2025 (Tuesday and Wednesay)

American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation was provided at the September 10th 9:30 a.m. meeting.

Local educational agencies (LEAs) are encouraged to register for the session scheduled for the region in which their county falls; however, LEAs may register for any of these sessions if one time works better than another.
