2025–26 Spring Release
The 2025–26 Consolidated Application and Reporting System (CARS) Spring Release is tentatively scheduled to open on Thursday, May 1, 2025. The initial submission deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025. Following the June 30, 2025 deadline, California Department of Education (CDE) program staff will review the data submitted by local educational agencies (LEAs) and, if necessary, allow LEAs to make any corrections. The forms will close at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, August 15, 2025 after which they will not be reopened.
