The purpose of this data collection form is for the LEA to provide a proposed budget for 2022–23 English Learner (EL) Student Program Subgrant per the Title III EL Student Program requirements (Every Student Succeeds Act [ESSA], sections 3114, 3115, & 3116).
Program Information
A calculated estimated EL student program allocation amount that is less than $10,000 does not meet the minimum program eligibility criteria for direct funding status and requires further action.
