Education Protection Account, Fiscal Year 2015-16

EPA Entitlements have been recalculated since the 2015-16 Second Principal Apportionment (P-2) and are final as of the 2015-16 Annual Apportionment. Any adjustment (positive or negative) in EPA entitlements calculated between P-2 and Annual will be applied against an LEA’s 2016-17 Entitlement in the 2016-17 Third and Fourth Quarterly Apportionment for EPA.
