Extraordinary Cost Pool for NPS/LCI

This program reimburses special education local plan areas (SELPA) for extraordinary costs of single placements in nonpublic, nonsectarian schools and special education-related services for student(s) residing in licensed children’s institutions.

ECP and NSS ECPMH Supplemental Form

• ECP Supplemental Form (XLSX) - This form assists local educational agencies (LEAs) in recording monthly expenditures for each student's claim and reporting the total costs in the Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC) Web Application. The CDE recommends LEAs include this form as part of the supporting documentation for each claim.
