Education Protection Account, Fiscal Year 2012–13

Distribution of 2012–13 Education Protection Account (EPA) funds to local educational agencies in accordance with Proposition 30, The Schools and Local Public Safety Protection Act of 2012.

EPA Entitlements have been recalculated since the 2012–13 Second Principal Apportionment (P-2) and are final as of the 2012–13 Annual Apportionment. Any adjustment (positive or negative) in EPA entitlements calculated between P-2 and Annual will be applied against a Local Education Agency's (LEA) 2013–14 Third Quarterly Apportionment for EPA.
